On September 12th, from 1:30 – 4:30, please join us for a Minigolf Meet-up at Mountain View Adventure Center, 510 E. Algonquin Rd., in Des Plaines.
Key info to note:
Cost is $10 per person ages 2 and older, payable by cash, check, or Zelle. Please do not use the Stripe donation link for small dollar amounts due to the transaction fees.
We’ll have the pavilion reserved for our group for treats and conversation from 1:30 – 4:30.
Bring the kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews, etc.! Unfortunately, the minigolf course has steps throughout so wheelchair users should keep an eye out for other events to enjoy.
Minigolf for the whole group will begin at 2 pm, in groups of 3 – 4.
This is not a “fundraiser” as the $10 only covers our bare costs; it’s meant to be a relaxed family-friendly meet-the-candidate opportunity.
We do appreciate additional support, either in-kind by bringing snacks or pop or monetary donations. Of course, if you’ve been meaning to make a larger donation, this would be a great time to do so!
We will be charged based on the final number of attendees, not the number of mini-golfers (so you might as well golf!). As always, advance RSVPs are appreciated for planning purposes, and to ensure we meet the minimum headcount.
